Can I request a different color combination?
In most series, the body and top colors can be selected separately. Because the combination depends on the manufacturer's finish chart at that time, we confirm before placing the order.
Are assembly and installation included?
Yes, delivery, assembly and installation are included in the service. Products are not shipped pre-assembled; our team completes the installation at your address upon delivery.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit/debit card or by bank transfer/EFT. Card payments are taken through the secure page of a licensed payment institution; your card details are not sent to our site and are not stored. Our account is at İş Bankası. If you choose bank transfer/EFT, the account details appear both on screen and in your email; production begins once the payment is received. Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping is free on orders of ₺40.000 and above. The amount is shown clearly on the cart page before you confirm the order. Delivery is available throughout Turkey.
