Relax is an upholstered executive chair in which almost every point, from the headrest to the lumbar support, adjusts to the user. With its lockable sliding synchro mechanism and polished aluminium base, it keeps up with long working days in executive offices and home offices alike.

How long does delivery take?

Delivered anywhere in Türkiye within 30 days at the latest from receipt of your order (15-20 business days on average). Chairs arrive semi-assembled in a box; setting them up takes a few minutes.

How long is the warranty?

Products are covered by a warranty of at least 2 years from the date of delivery; the warranty certificate is provided on delivery or by email. The warranty does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods. Damage caused by use contrary to the instructions for use is not covered by the warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects and is valid with the warranty certificate.

Should I choose mesh or leather?

A mesh back provides ventilation for those who sit all day and are bothered by sweating. Leather upholstery offers a more dignified look and easy cleaning; it is often preferred in executive offices. Both are made with the same frame and mechanism.

Does the chair arrive assembled?

Chairs arrive semi-assembled in a box, with the base and backrest not yet attached. Assembly takes a few minutes using the wrench included in the box; assembly instructions are provided inside.

How many years will it last?

Products are covered by a warranty of at least 2 years from the date of delivery; the warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects and is valid with the warranty certificate. During the warranty period, repairs including parts are free of charge; after the warranty ends, moving parts such as the mechanism, gas lift and casters can be supplied as spare parts for a fee.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit/debit card or by bank transfer/EFT. Card payments are taken through the secure page of a licensed payment institution; your card details are not sent to our site and are not stored. Instalment options and any instalment interest are shown on the payment screen before you confirm. Our bank account: İş Bankası. If you choose bank transfer/EFT, the account details appear both on screen and in your email; production begins once the payment is received. Is there a shipping fee?

Shipping is free on orders whose product total excluding VAT is ₺99,000 or more; below that, the shipping fee is 10% of the product total excluding VAT. The amount is shown clearly on the cart page before you confirm the order. We deliver only to addresses within Türkiye.

How do returns and exchanges work?

You can return the product within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving any reason; for orders delivered in several parts, the period starts when the last part is delivered, and you can also withdraw before delivery. You create your request under My Account > My Orders > Return request. Boxed products are collected from your address by a HepsiJET courier on the day you choose; for products we assembled, our team calls you within 1 business day to arrange a disassembly appointment, then dismantles and collects the product on site. We do not charge you for disassembly, transport or shipping. Within 14 days at the latest after the product is handed over to the courier or our team, the amount you paid (including the shipping fee if you return the entire order) is refunded to the same payment method; for bank transfer/EFT payments we will ask for your IBAN. For an exchange, you can return the product and place a new order. Choosing a standard finish colour, a standard size or removing pieces from a set does not affect your right of return; the exception applies only to orders made at your written request in a non-catalogue size, colour or fabric, and this is confirmed separately in writing before the order.
