How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

Teslimat süresi 15-20 iş günüdür. ₺30.000 ve üzeri siparişlerde kargo ücretsizdir; altındaki siparişlerde kargo, sipariş tutarının %10 oranında hesaplanır. Ürünler korumalı ambalajla sevk edilir.

Do products arrive assembled?

Makam takımlarının montajı uzman ekibimizce yapılır; ₺30.000 ve üzeri siparişlerde montaj ücretsizdir. Koltuklar yarı-monte gelir; kutudan çıkan kılavuzla kurulum 10-15 dakika sürer, tek alet gerektirir (dahildir).

What are the return conditions?

You have an unconditional right of return within 14 days of delivery. Details: Returns & Exchange.

What does the warranty cover?

All products carry a 2-year warranty including mechanism, gas lift and frame. To make a claim, just contact us with your order number.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Are the colours as they appear on screen?

Photos are shot in-studio without colour correction; still, small tone differences may occur depending on screen calibration. For a colour you're unsure about, write to us and we'll send a real photo.
